A security incident involving unauthorized access to Pingora file servers was identified and we have taken steps to notify individuals involved. If you received a notice, Pingora currently or previously owned the servicing rights to a mortgage loan you have or had and used a third party subservicer to provide servicing of your loan. These subservicers perform the day-to-day servicing activities on loans, such as collecting payments and administering escrow accounts. The subservicer companies’ systems were not involved in this incident. If you don’t recognize Pingora, our call center may provide you with the name of your specific subservicer.

We have engaged Kroll to provide identity monitoring services.  If you received a letter from Pingora that provides a Membership Number and a website address, and contains information about Kroll, we encourage you to follow those instructions.  When you access the Kroll website to register for credit monitoring, you will be required to enter your social security number and answer other security questions to validate your identity and establish the credit monitoring services.  If you have any questions, please call 1-855-541-3607 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday (excluding major US holidays) and a Kroll representative will help you with the signup process and answer your questions.
